Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Growitu, including our website, dashboard, subscription plans, support, and related services. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service description. Growitu provides AI-powered Instagram growth support, planning, optimization, and related account-growth services. Service details, deliverables, timelines, availability, and plan features may vary by plan, account, market conditions, platform limitations, and internal operational requirements.

No platform affiliation. Growitu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or any third-party platform. You are responsible for complying with the rules, policies, and terms of any platform you use.

Account access and credentials. We do not require your Instagram password. You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and business information and to keep your Growitu account secure.

Subscriptions and billing. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. Trials, promotional offers, plan pricing, taxes, billing timing, and available payment methods may change at our discretion. Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider.

Cancellations, refunds, and plan changes. You may cancel or change eligible subscriptions from your dashboard or through support. Refunds, credits, and exceptions are reviewed at our discretion unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in a written policy.

Results and availability. We work to provide consistent service, but we do not guarantee any specific follower count, engagement level, revenue outcome, ranking, platform result, or uninterrupted availability. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Acceptable use. You may not misuse the service, submit unlawful or misleading information, interfere with platform security, resell unauthorized access, abuse support, attempt to bypass billing, or use Growitu for activity that may harm another person, business, platform, or system.

Service changes and termination. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service when needed for security, compliance, operations, platform changes, billing issues, suspected abuse, or business reasons.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growitu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for third-party platform actions, account restrictions, or business losses related to use of the service.
